Nippy Pork Chop Platter

6 lean pork chops
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp melted margarine
1 10.5 oz can condensed chicken rice soup
1/4 tsp pepper
yellow mustard

Spread pork chops with a thin coating of mustard.

Combine flour, salt and pepper in a bag; shake chops in bag to coat with flour.

Melt butter in skillet and brown chips.

Place chops in a baking dish; cover with soup.

Cover; bake in a 350 oven for about 40 minutes.

Makes 6 servings

I must admit that this one I have made before but it has been a while since we had it. Always good. We usually only do 2 chops but leave the rest of ingredients the same. If using less chops, the cooking time can probably be lessened. Just keep an eye on it.
