Deep Dark Chocolate Cake

1 3/4 cup flour
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup boiling water

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, soda, powder, salt and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water (batter will be very thin) Pour in (2) 9 inch pans or (3) 8 inch pans or (1) 13x9 pan or 1 bundt pan, greased and floured. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes for layers or 35-40 minutes for larger pans or until tested clean. Cool on rack for 10 minutes, then remove from pan(s) and cool completely. Frost or glaze with stuff of your choice.

I made this as a bundt cake. Yummy! I think I will put chocolate chips in it next time. Good cake!
